With my background as a doula and photographer, I bring a unique blend of expertise to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for both you and your newborn. I understand the importance of creating a nurturing environment that allows your newborn to feel at ease during the session.
From capturing those tiny fingers and toes to documenting the intimate connections between you and your newborn, I’m dedicated to providing you with a personalized and professional experience.
The Process
How it Works
ONLINE PROPOSAL
We’ll start with an online proposal that covers all of my work and options. This will give you a good idea of what I offer and what you can expect from me.
PHONE CONSULTATION
If you have additional questions we can book a phone consultation to chat about the proposal, and options. We can also answer your questions via email.
50% DEPOSIT
If you decide to move forward with booking, we’ll take a deposit and start planning your session. We’ll also send you a confirmation email with all details.
SESSION PLANNING
I really encourage my clients to be involved in the planning process, for this reason I send a questionnaire to cover everything I may need to know.
What To Expect
During Your Newborn Photo Session
This is your session, and I want to make sure that it’s exactly what you want. If you have any ideas or preferences, please let me know! I’m always happy to work with you to make sure that your session is perfect. If you’d prefer to have me style the session myself, I am happy to take creative control!
When it comes time for the session itself, we’ll start by wrapping up the baby and taking some family photos. Then we’ll move through my session workflow, which is slightly different depending on each unique baby. Don’t worry though – I’ll be guiding you every step of the way!
After the session is finished, I’ll provide you with a raw gallery of many images to choose from. This will give you a good idea of what we captured during the session. From there, you can pick your favourite images to be fully edited. 10 images are included in the session fee, and you can purchase as many additional images as you’d like!
I offer a variety of digital packages as well as canvas prints, folio boxes, and printed albums!

Newborn Studio Sessions
Swaddle Session
$499 + GST
Each session includes access to our parent area with everything you may need during your visit including emergency diapers, wipes, soothers, snacks for parents and more. Get cozy on the couch, sit back and relax! Your baby is in safe and experienced hands in my studio at all times.
Note: You will receive a proof gallery with all of the session images to preview. 8 edited images are included in your session fee and you may choose to purchase as many additional photos to be edited as you want!
Luxury Newborn Experience
$599 + GST
Includes classic newborn posing on a fabric backdrop, either nude, in an outfit or both, depending on your baby’s comfort.
Family photos include baby and siblings (if applicable) solo with each parent, connection poses (skin to skin, nursing, feeding etc.), siblings together, and the whole family together. Option available to add grandparents or extended family.
Note: You will receive a proof gallery with all of the session images to preview. 10 edited images are included in your session fee and you may choose to purchase as many additional photos to be edited as you want!
