I specialize in capturing the beauty and innocence of newborns, infants, and expectant mothers. As an experienced birth and postpartum doula, I know how to make new and expecting moms feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful. I am also something of a baby whisperer! I’m very good at soothing babies, comfortably wrapping them, and placing them in effortless poses.

I started my business in photography in 2016, and I am very passionate about capturing candid and beautiful moments in families, from the moment they learn they are expecting to the birth of their child and beyond.

My specialties include newborn, milestone (cake smash), and maternity photography. I aim to create beautiful, authentic, and timeless images that reflect the love and joy experienced during pregnancy, the newborn stages, and early motherhood.

MEET HALEY

Mom, doula, mentor, and newborn photographer

My journey to finding photography started when I was very young, carrying a disposable film camera everywhere I went. While I have always been artistic and passionate about capturing special moments, I never considered photography as a possible career path for me.

After my daughter was born at home, with a midwife and doula, I was inspired to become a doula and birth advocate. Though I adored the work, being on call was not sustainable for me as a mother of young children.

Finally, thanks to my mom’s encouragement, I decided to take the leap, purchase my first REAL camera, and really try to make it happen. And here I am!

My studio is based out of Langley, British Columbia, where I offer a curated selection of props and expertly styled sets that are customized to reflect what is unique and special to you!
